Meet Our Staff

Citywide Service currently has 18 employees that we are extremely proud of.  Citywide Service employees are expected to perform their duties with professionalism and they are expected to be courteous at all times. All Citywide staff members are dressed in clean uniforms that portray a professional image. We pride ourselves on our strict hiring and training process that has allowed us to hire and retain wonderful staff.

At the time of hire, and annually after that time, Citywide Service employees are subject to:

  • Drug and Alcohol Screen (our policy calls for random testing, and post-accident testing)
  • Criminal Background Screen (screen for Felonies)
  • National Sex Offender Registry Check
  • Motor Vehicle Record Check
  • Medical Physical Exam as required by the Department of Transportation

Brett Letourneau

Brett has been around tow trucks since he was 3 years old. He used them in the yard a very young age.  Brett got his driver’s license in 1988, and started driving a tow truck then.  He quickly learned the business of Citywide Service.  Brett and Anne purchased the business in 2000.

In addition to running Citywide Service with Anne, Brett has served on the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Professional Towing Association since 2001, and he is currently serving as the President of the Minnesota Professional Towing Association.  Brett is also on the Education Committee for the association and has assisted with teaching many different seminars.  He has been involved in tow testing.  Specifically, he assisted with testing the tow ability of the Jeep Compass when it was a prototype at the Chrysler Motor Corporation proving grounds in Detroit., Michigan.  Brett is not only committed to making Citywide Service as successful as it can be, but he strives to raise the standard for the entire industry.

Frank L.

Frank started Citywide Service in 1975, on the principals of hard work and dedication.  After selling the business to Brett & Anne in 2000, Frank retired to sunny Las Vegas for a few years.  Frank soon realized that he missed the business that was so near and dear to his heart, so he moved back to Minnesota and rejoined the Citywide team.  Citywide Service is always excited to send “Grandpa” out on a service call. He exemplifies the way our business operates.

Michele A.

Michele began her career with Citywide Service in 2007.  Michele is excellent with handling disgruntled people who are attempting to retrieve their impounded vehicles, both over the phone and at the customer service counter. Citywide Service is lucky to have such a cheerful person to greet the public every day.

Leila B.

Citywide was lucky enough to be in search of an administrative support person/impound lot associate, at the same time that Leila was looking for a career change. In addition to her duties as an impound lot associate, Leila also handles accounts payable and accounts receivable.  She has 10 years of retail experience so she handles people who aren’t having the best day at our counter with grace and ease. Her sense of humor and attention to detail make her an excellent fit with our team. We are ecstatic to have Leila on our team!

Bryan B.

2014 continued to be a wonderful year for Citywide and we are extremely fortunate to have added Bryan to our roster.  Bryan comes to us with over 3 decades of experience in the automotive industry ranging from mechanic to shop owner.  He even spent some time behind the wheel of a tow truck.  Bryan oversees our emergency road service vehicles including the mobile battery replacement program as well as our repair center.  His natural good heart nature is infectious!  We have big dreams and high expectations for Bryan and are confident that his experience and ability will be a huge asset to Citywide.

Matt C.

Matt joined Citywide in 2007, when Citywide purchased the Eaton’s Towing Service property. Matt is the grandson of Bud & Shirley Eaton, and he grew up in the towing business.  Matt is a career tow truck operator. Citywide Service is fortunate to have Matt and we have watched him become a very talented tow truck operator at all levels. Matt can operate every piece of equipment that Citywide Service owns, and he has the ability to always get 110% of the equipment’s capabilities. As Matt continues to enrich his career, Citywide will benefit tremendously.

Blair has been involved in the automotive industry his entire adult life.  Blair joined Citywide Service in 1998, and is truly at home when he comes to work.  Blair’s ability to put a positive spin on any situation makes him unique and able to handle even the crabbiest customer.  Blair’s knowledge of the structural integrity of today’s vehicles make him an invaluable resource to Citywide.

Matt K.

Matt found his calling in 2001, on the very first service call he responded to with Citywide Service.  Through his vast training and hard work, he has become one of the most efficient members of our team.  Matt has been with Citywide long enough to develop trusting relationships with all of our regular customers.  Citywide Service is proud to have Matt behind the wheel of our trucks.

The winter of 2013-2014 was a challenge in the towing industry.  Right in the middle of the coldest and snowiest period, a bright star joined our team.  TJ was hired, trained, and put in the field in a quick fashion.  He has risen to the occasion and has shown his willingness to learn how to handle the more challenging types of calls.  We are elated to have TJ on our team and are excited to see him grow within his career.

Bill H.

Bill came to us in 2015 when we purchased Champlin Towing.  He is a dedicated young man that has chosen the towing and recovery industry as his profession.  We are excited to watch him learn new techniques of our trade and to see him grow in his career.

Arthur B.

Arthur came aboard early in 2017 to fill a position we had available. His vast knowledge of vehicles match nicely with his work ethic. His pleasant demeanor always puts stressed out stranded motorists at ease. With a wife and four children at home, Arthur leads a very busy life outside of work. Citywide is very fortunate to Arthur on our team!

Gabe

Gabe comes to work every day with one goal in mind : How many treats can I score!  He usually does pretty well for himself.  Since he is a “herding breed”, he successfully directs anybody that stops by the office in direct proximity of his treats.  In between visits, he naps and goes on adventures outside.  He enjoys coming to work everyday and the office would be a lonely place with out him!
